How do I choose the right scooter for my child's age?
We categorize our scooters into age-specific ranges: 1-3 years (3-in-1), 3-5 years (Mini Micro), and 5-12 years (Maxi Micro). Each model is engineered to support the specific motor skills and weight capacity of that age group.
Do Micro Scooters come with a warranty?
Yes, all our scooters come with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.
What is your return policy for unused items?
We offer a 30-day return window for all items in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty.
How long does shipping take for domestic orders?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We also offer express shipping options at checkout which deliver within 1-2 business days for most metropolitan areas.
Can I buy replacement parts for my scooter?

Are helmets and safety gear required?
