We want you to be completely satisfied with your Micro Scooters purchase, which is why we offer a 28-day return window for all unused products in their original packaging. Whether you need a different color or a full refund, our team is here to ensure your gear gets you moving.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Pack Your Scooter

  Place the unused scooter back into its original retail box and secure it inside a shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
